Twenty-Five Stood Up

Which, I may add, was about twenty-three more than I expected.

I mean, Dianne Feinstein? Now I have to take back half the bad things I said about her.

What really pisses me off was that we had forty-two promises. Still, 55-60% actually following through is pretty good for politicians.

And, were I a pro-choice Republican (assuming such a thing still exists), I'd take a long, hard look at a few Republican Senators who swore to keep anti-choice jurists off the Supreme Court - unless the Partei spoke differently, of course.

Remember the specific electoral situations of the Senators when you evaluate their decisions. Like most politicians, they're for themselves above all other things.
