Thanks to a heads-up from the fine folks over at Corrente, we learn that, apparently, ol' Chimpy's been authorizing warrantless physical searches.

No, really.

Isn't this the kind of thing that Nixon feller resigned over? God, it's like reading some horrible right-wing jerkoff fantasy about Watergate and Vietnam - "only, this time, we get away with it".

Note I didn't say "win". To a Bushite, getting away with it is winning, and God damn the damage it does to the rule of law and the Constitution of the United States.
